Much to the fury of the country’s minority Muslim population, it has been customary this year for authorities to cremate the bodies of Covid victims. Muslims believe cremation condemns the person to hell. Pray for an outbreak of gospel truth in this predominantly Buddhist country. Meanwhile, several completely unreached people groups living in Colombo are being confronted with the Good News. Pray for efforts among the 20,000 three-wheeler taxi drivers, many of whom are from countries where outreach is restricted. Pray for widespread conviction of sin in all these peoples, for many to repent and turn to Christ, and for new churches to be formed.
