Join AsiaLink for a special online event on February 21.

I hope you are knowing the Lord’s help and presence as these strange days of distancing and restrictions continue.
In the midst of this period, I thought I might write to you to highlight Hope For Asia! – a special online event AsiaLink are streaming on Sunday February 21st at 8pm on our Facebook and YouTube channels.
We greatly miss being on the road and meeting with churches and other groups in person to share how God is still at work in Asia. Hope For Asia will be an hour long event featuring biblical reflections, music and encouraging stories of how the power of Jesus is transforming Asian lives in these days.
It would be great if you could join us on February 21st at 8pm for encouragement and news of God’s mission in Asia. We’d also really appreciate if you could highlight this event among your church fellowship or networks. The event will be able to view online afterwards in case you’re unable to join us live. It may even be suitable as a special evening service for your fellowship.

AsiaLink is a mission organisation passionate about reaching the billions of unreached people in Asia with the gospel. We work across in Asia in a variety of contexts and countries from the majority-Muslim lands of the Middle East, through the vast mission field of the Hindu subcontinent through to South-East Asia and even China and North Korea.
Our work is mainly focused on three areas. First, we provide Scripture. We have a burning desire to see the Asian church grow in depth and breadth. That is why we are enabling the translation, printing and distribution of Bibles and Christian books for believers across Asia who have no access to Scripture in their heart language.
Second, we train, send and support workers. We believe that nobody reaches Asians better than Asians, and so we are passionate about empowering local believers to reach their own communities.
Third, we take action, showing Christ’s love in practical ways by blessing the poor and marginalised through food and medical relief, education and vocational training. We take every opportunity to display the goodness of God in both word and deed.
